I am an Associate Professor in the School of Transportation at Southeast University, China, where I also serve as Assistant to the School Administration. I serve as Deputy Director of the Complex Transportation Networks Research Centre and Deputy Director of the Huawei–Southeast University Joint Laboratory for Integrated Macro–Micro Traffic Simulation.
I received my PhD in Transportation Engineering from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia, in 2019, where I worked with Professor Meead Saberi and Professor S. Travis Waller. I subsequently remained at UNSW as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow until the end of 2020. I received my master’s degree from the Southeast University–Monash University Joint Graduate School and my bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Nanjing Tech University.
My research focuses on multi-fidelity transportation network modelling, simulation and optimisation of complex transportation systems, management and control of mixed-autonomy networks, and large-language-model-enabled intelligent decision-making. I have published more than 60 journal and conference papers and have led competitive projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province.
